ClickFunnels allows you to have pages that are inside of your sales funnel and others that are outside of your funnel.
It's set up this way because not every page is directly part of the sales path that you want your customers to flow through. Some pages (like About Us, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service) should stand alone, outside of your funnel steps.
In this template, you'll see the following pages in the funnel:
- Squeeze Page
- Listing Page
- Thank You Page
- Instructions Page**
These pages are in the funnel because they are directly part of the path that you want your customers to flow through.
**This instructions page was included in the funnel initially so you could find it easily, but you'll want to remove it from the funnel before you launch your site.
The following pages are 'outside' of the funnel:
- About Page
- Contact Page
- Privacy Policy Page
- Terms of Service Page
All of these pages can be viewed by users as normal web pages, but they aren't part of the funnel flow.
You can access and edit these pages by clicking on the "Other Funnel Steps" drop-down:
